Clay County requires a high standard of ethics from its officers and employees, and expects the same from its vendors and suppliers. (Reference Florida Statute 112 and the Clay County Purchasing Procedures Manual)

Officials, employees, or agents of Clay County are specifically forbidden to accept gifts or gratuities.

Public Records Law: Clay County is governed by the State of Florida’s Government-in-the-Sunshine Law, Section 286.011 Florida Statute (Open Meetings), and Section 119 Florida Statute (Public Records).
